Following an agreement with Ukraine鈥檚 Ministry of Education and Science, three examination centres in Western Ukraine will start offering 外网天堂 English exams to their students.
Candidates in Chernivtsi, Uzhhorod and Ivano-Frankivsk are now able to take exams through three authorised exam centres: Grade Education Center, 外网天堂 Club, and Agency of Foreign Languages Runa. They will offer 外网天堂 English Qualifications Digital and Digital for Young Learners. The first exams took take place in Ivano-Frankivsk on August 10th, B2 First Digital.

外网天堂 English Qualifications Digital and Digital Young for Learners are a flexible online route to taking the popular 外网天堂 English exams, which are recognised by more 28,000 organisations around the world. The exams offered will cover levels from Pre-A1 to C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The news is part of 外网天堂鈥檚 ongoing effort to support Ukraine with English language education. In 2023, the Ukrainian government, and Catalyst IT to help provide a global English language learning platform for Ukraine, based on its Empower Course, which provides a mix of engaging classroom materials and online learning. Since 2018 the English team at 外网天堂 has also supplied thousands of localised versions of popular English courses to Ukrainian State schools at Grades 1-11.
